Autumn Magee LMT
After working in various fields : Security, Emergency Services, Military; I use the knowledge that I have obtained to help you recover and correct your dysfunction. We cannot remove a knot in one session that has taken years to build. I believe education is the key to healing. My knowledge also comes from working with Various Chiropractors, Wellness Centers, Physical Therapist as well as being a Massage Instructor at various Educational Facilities.
We provide FMT, Energy Work, Meditation, Oracle Readings, Massage Therapy Services, Personalized Couple Massage Classes and Host a Thursday Night Psychic Intuition Class for all Levels. Mobile Massage, Corporate Chair and Massage Parties are Available.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage can be both relaxing and energizing by relieving tension. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes on the topmost layers of muscles. A massage that manipulates muscles and joints, designed to invigorate the body by stimulating the circulation, and promoting relaxation.

Integrated Massage is a combination of modalities including Swedish Massage, Somatic Therapy and Bodywork Techniques. While relaxing during your session we increase focus on one to two areas that are causing specific dysfunction.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage uses techniques that mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure and deeper strokes to target inner layers in your muscles and connective tissue and it also encourages the body to repair any damaged cells.

Sports Massage
Sports Massage is a form of Bodywork geared towards participants in athletics. It can help release any built up tension and lactic acid in the overworked muscles so that blood and oxygen can return to the muscle and effectively promote muscle repair It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity to help maintain optimal conditioning, range of motion, recovery from pre and post events as well as workouts.

Hot stone massage is believed to improve blood circulation due to the heat from the stones. In contrast, Himalayan salt stone massage is said to help balance the body’s electromagnetic field and enhance energy flow. Couples Massage Class
In this class couples can learn the basic styles and techniques to work on each other. These classes for you to help your partner at home either: after a long day, stressful event, ongoing aches and pains or to help each other relax. Each session is customized by a Massage Instructor and will take in precautions for all medical injuries. Only one area of the body will be covered per class. Only one couple per class. This is a 3 hour class that can be broken into 2 dates. This class is NOT CEU approved and does NOT CERTIFY anyone to perform massage legally or professionally . $400.00
Reflexology
Mixing Traditional Chinese Medicine with Relaxing Massage techniques. We blend Reflexology points with an easy and relaxing session that helps to relieve stress as well as additional health stressors by addressing corresponding locations on the Hands and Feet that connect to internal organs.

Chair Massage and Corporate Chair Events
Chair massage is conducted with the client fully dressed. This style of Massage helps clients relax and destress while remaining in their comfort zone. Also adds in work productivity. Chair Massage offers the benefit of stress relief and increase in focus when offered in the Office. Productivity has been show to increase when employee's receive a 10 min session. $90 hr
